Return and exchange window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, lingerie, opened cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp 0315-3797707.
How to request a return

Refunds
Refund method for Cash on Delivery orders: bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Return shipping cost: paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
